AB33 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the Betting Platform

1 Definitions & General Terms

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Account Registration

To use AB33 services, you must register an account by meeting the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years at the time of registration.
• You are only permitted to register one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• AB33 does not charge for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.
• AB33 reserves the right to decline or freeze any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Never share your payment details with anyone. AB33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from such disclosure.

4 Withdrawal

Withdrawal of winnings at AB33 is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals must be made to the account under the same name matching the name registered on AB33.
• Standard processing time is 1 to 24 hours after the application is approved.
• Prior to the first withdrawal, members may be required to complete KYC process (Know Your Customer) including identity verification.
• AB33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days where security or compliance reviews are required.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements will not be credited into the withdrawable balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Sports Betting Rules

• Accepted bets are final once confirmed by the AB33 system. Any attempt to cancel or alter a bet after confirmation is not permitted.
• In the event of technical disruption during a live bet, AB33 will apply standard settlement procedures based on the match situation at the time of the disruption.
• Postponed matches more than 24 hours from the original time will be considered void and all related bets will be refunded.
• AB33 reserves the right to limiting betting limits for certain matches or markets without the need to provide a reason.
• Usage bots, automated software, or any unfair method used to gain an advantage in betting is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

7 Casino Games & Lottery

Live Casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and others), slots, digital table games, and lottery (4D, Toto, Keno) at AB33 are subject to the following additional rules:

• All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) certified or trained live dealers. Results are random and fair.
• Technical error that are clearly system-related (such as double display or duplicate processing) do not void legitimate winnings, but AB33 reserves the right to correct any system errors.
• For lottery, the number entered is final once confirmed by the system. No amendments are permitted after the ticket closing time.
• Live casino and lottery winnings will be credited to your account within 30 minutes after the official result is released.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the AB33 platform and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as balance forfeiture:

• Registering or using more than one account under different identities (multi-accounting).
• Using false information, a fake identity document, or another person's identity during registration or verification.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including bonus hunting, coordinating across multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, or exploiting system errors.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, "cheat" software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempts at money laundering or using AB33 for any illegal activity.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

An AB33 account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the member's request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the AB33 support team. Any remaining balance (subject to fulfilled rollover requirements) will be returned to you.
• At AB33's discretion: AB33 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a security concern.
• Self-exclusion: Members who apply for self-exclusion on responsible gambling grounds will have their account access blocked for the duration requested.
